This is our 'house' espresso. It's smooth, easy to control, sweet and balanced. It holds up to milk with ease and showcases nicely when consumed black. Currently a blend of two single origin coffees, made up of a Natural Yellow Catuai from Fazenda Santa Lucia, Brazil and a Guatemalan washed field blend from Finca Santa Ines.
