This perennial MetroFave is an award-winning blend that is simple and sweet with a stout body and just the right amount of edge. The other day, we set out a tasting at our roasterie for a group of a dozen epicureans. We put out coffees from all over the world, light roasts, dark roasts, single origins, and blends. We had fruity floral coffees, dark and smoky coffees, simple profiles, complex blends, and everything in between. Not sure why we bothered. Turns out they like Spice Island, Just like everyone else.
