Fair Maiden has a higher per-bean caffeine content than our other beans, but with a taste that deceives. Faire Maiden is our blonde roast, that has a delicate mouthfeel with little-to-no bite. It has a freshness, mildness, and a hint of citric and cocoa with coffee cherry and almond flavors.
