Developed originally as an alternative espresso blend to our Trieste Blend, it also turned out to produce a beloved brewed coffee. Red Goat went on to become our “coffee of the day, every day” in our cafes., hence our namesake. Not too dark and not too light. Do you remember the spirit of the 90’s? It’s alive in this blend.
