The Mutu Batak comes from the growing region of Lintong in Northern Sumatra near the shores of Lake Toba. This is a wet hulled, completely sun-dried, and triple-picked supergrade coffee, using only beans screen size 18 and larger. It is exceptionally clean with a massive syrupy body and pleasing acidity. Mutu Batak is easily one of the cleanest and most meticulously prepared Sumatras you’ll find.
