Our head of coffee, Boris Lee, had wanted to create a blend comprising of washed, natural and anaerobic processed Ethiopian coffees to showcase the spectrum of flavours to be found in the homeland of coffee. It took a while, but he was finally able to source the right coffees to achieve the vision he had in mind for this blend.
